"Sizing was actually way off"

"I’ve shopped with this brand a few..."
I’ve shopped with this brand a few times and usually really like them, so I was a little disappointed with the return process this time. I had to send back a dress, and customer service was polite enough, but it took a few back-and-forth messages before everything was sorted. The refund did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I expected. I still like the brand, but I do wish returns were a bit smoother

I really liked the overall look of the site, and there are definitely some cute designs to browse through. I just wish the filters worked a bit better, because it took me longer than expected to narrow things down. Still, the styles are nice enough that I’d probably come back and look again.

I ordered from biancaandbridgett.com and felt a bit misled about the shipping. I expected it to arrive sooner, but delivery ended up taking longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated for a few days too, which made it more frustrating because I had no idea what was going on. The parcel did arrive in good condition and the item was packed well, so it wasn’t a total disaster. I just wish the shipping time had been more accurate upfront.

"Looks nice, but way too expensive"
I thought the clothes were going to feel a lot nicer for the price. They look great online, I was disappointed when they showed up. The quality is just kind of average, nothing really stood out to me. I’ve bought cheaper pieces that felt just as good, maybe even better. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Not worth the price"
I expected better for what I paid. The dress felt cheap right out of the package, and the stitching started coming apart way too soon. I mean, you’d assume a dress at this price would at least hold together after normal wear, but that wasn’t the case for me.
